I'll be working on a download option for our videos soon. |

Odd. Can you do me a favor and see if you have a similar problem with Jeffrey's video?
http://www.flopturnriver.com/poker-videos/NL-Holdem-Poker-Video-NHT010.php
These two vids were processed in the same way, so I'm trying to see if it's a glitch with Sauce's vid or a problem with the processing. |

Can you guys explain what you mean by "cuts out"?
Does playback freeze, with the vid player window still open?
Does the video turn black, with the vid player continuing to play?
Does the video and vid player quit and close?
And what browser are you guys using? |

How long is the video supposed to be?
I think I get "cut out" as well... at around the 20-23minute mark. Thats happened twice to me so far.
It just stops the video and goes to this screen with three squares and numbers like 24, 25, 26 on it.. but the video is gone. |

Same for me.
A download option would be GREAT! |

| I can't view any of the FTR videos in Firefox (even though I have Adobe Flash Player installed). In IE I can view them but it takes an excruciatingly long time to load, also Sauce's new video cut me off after the first 5 minutes. |

As with the other new video I tried downloading this to see if an external player (VLC) would have any more success than playing it in Firefox.
This one plays perfectly in VLC, very nice vid too. Not sure if thats useful info or not, but bleh cant hurt I guess. |

I got about half way through Sauce's video before I stopped. It is an hour long and I saw about half an hour. Unfortunately there is no way to fast forward or skip ahead so I would have to watch the first 30 minutes again with no guarantee it would progress further.
Awesome video though... thx Sauce |

| If you want to download the videos you can use the realplayer download manager. It works with Firefox for people like me who hates using IE. |

Sorry, guys, but after discussing it with the other Admins, we decided not to add the easy downloading option at this time, due to rights-management issues.
However, Sauce's video was recently re-processed with different settings and uploaded again:

Can you guys that were having trouble viewing this before see if this works better now? |

I have never had any problems viewing any FTR videos. However, for some reason the HUD stats never show up on any video for me.
In Sauce's video, for example, he talks about his PAHUD stats, but I can't see them.
What would cause this? |

I think thats just processing to such a low quality that the resolution cant display the HUD stats. Some of the videos I can see them sometimes, others not, and some they cut in and out or are black blocks.
Sauces video worked fine for me. Some of the others have audio sync issues though, but not so bad you cant follow stuff. |

The older videos (before the recent elipsesjeff, Sauce and JGB additions) were processed differently and they all have syncing issues. I think, with Sauce's newest re-processed videos, we've got a configuration that works for most everyone and we got rid of the syncing issue. We'll probably re-process and re-post all the videos to eliminate the out-of-sync audio problem.
I'd like to hear from a few more re: Sauce123's video to make sure it works flawlessly for the majority of people. |
