Based on you reads, how confident can you be in them? There is a lot of times where my reads seem to be dead on, but how confident can i really be in them? For example lets say on the river, a opp does something fishy such as he checked/called both streets and when a 3rd diamond comes on the river he switches it up and bets. I am confident he has either been slowplaying me or hit the flush, both which beat me. What does his size of the bet have to be in terms of the pot on the river for me to be able to fold if I think that there's a 90% chance i'm right?

I guess the gist of my question is am i overvaluing my ability to read a player?
