I can make an opt-in usergroup (like the Gauntlet Mail usergroup) that registered members can add themselves to (and remove themselves from at anytime). However, the actual mailing of the mass email must currently be done manually.
We have a programmer looking into possibly having this action scripted. |

I made up an Excel spreadsheet where I keep all my games listed by day, date, site, and time. For me this is the only way to go. |

yeah, I started a spreadsheet last year and only wish I had put more on it.Like place,no. of entries, money won etc. Gonna start today with the extras. Seldom miss a tourney since I started. |
