Got 16.
Took me... a while.
I spent a long time doing research on dorothy.
Big hints to save you all a lot of time
It looks exactly like no.3 (deeper.htm). There is a corolation between the letters.
The positions of the dots is important
Spelling words with only glowing letters from 16 is a waste. You *think* you're getting somewhere but you're not.
The major question is "what is dorothy."
You need some background on the story and here's what it is...
Dorothy is visiting OZ.
Relate the glowing letters and the dots to the letters on no.3 and use my background should click with what you've got.
There. Saved you some time. Kinda ruins it a bit though.
17 can wait for another day.

I downloaded GIMP but I'm having troubles figuring out how to work it and what exactly I need to do.
