Ok, so he is extremely loose passive player, we can all see he calls with very loose starting hands, but on the flop he may have put you on AK, AQ, and counted 10 outs for himself.

After your turn bet, he may have figured you had an overpair, but still he could count 9 outs to beat your JJ, QQ, KK, AA.

I doubt he was thinking at all. If he put him on an overpair, why didn't he re-raise the river?

If someone proves that they'll call you with anything, make them pay dearly for it. I'll take KK (or QQ or 99 or 44) against T3o any day of the week. So what if he drew out this once? He's just keeping your chips warm.

I'm pretty sure he can't count, and even if he could, he cannot count as high as 9.

Tough beat Crying or Very sad .
