What recommendations would people have for which online bank/service to use? Where do these guys make their money, and thus suck away what money you make or put in?

thanks,

I've used IGM for cash outs on Party Poker. It's free. On Pacific Poker I use wire transfer. I'm pretty sure it's free too. When depositing I just use my visa/debit card.

Don't use any service that charges You. They should make their money by charging the casino, like visa does.

FIRST, find the sites you want to use.
Then see what options they use. For depositing you probably don't need an online money changer, just a credit/debit card. For cashouts you may not need them either. But if you do, use one that is most commonly used at the sites you'll use and that won't cost you anything.

The worst, I think, is Western Union.

yeah IGM Pay is a great method. Especially considering you can get phat IGMPAY Bonuses on all party skins. I use neteller the most myself though. Its free everywhere I have ever been except in certain instances like Pacific if you use the insta cash option it charges u a little but just puts it in as a Bonus so you will still get it free basically. But besides using insta cash if you just have money in your neteller account i dont think you will ever be charged.

Isn't there a charge to deposit money from your checking account into Neteller??
Also, is there a charge to get money from Neteller to your checking acct?

No charge to fund Neteller if you do the normal EFT transfer. It'll take close to a week, though. Do the Instacash transfer, and they'll charge something like 8.9%.

No charge to get money back to your checking acct.

Neteller NEVER charges you unless you

A) Use that stupid neteller debit card
B) Use the "instacash" option, because in essence, they're giving you a loan.

That about sums it up. They make money by charging the casino's every time you cash in or out. I think they do the same thing the CCs do, something like 5%?

At any rate, you, as a player don't have to worry about that, and you, as a player, don't have to care. Why? Because the casino takes in far more rake than you'll ever imagine, and that takes care of these "operating costs of an online casino.". Razz
