Im thinking about getting a studio in the next month and a half. Online poker is my only form of income and has been for a couple years now. Has anyone had any experience dealing with this??
Id rather not have to go to the folks to get a cosigner or something. Help me out please. |

| No experience, but I'd have thought your best bet would be either bank statements showing deposits, or tax returns (if you've been declaring it as income). |

| Just offer to pay a large amount up front, thats what i did to get a good loan on a house. Otherwise they dont take you very serious. |

| According to a report in Forbes, The American Gaming Association, the trade group, a major land-based casinos throughout the country, spent $ 800000 in the first quarter of 2008 to lobby Congress on Internet gambling legislation and other issues. |

LOL @ Carl.
To the OP: Just send the place last years tax return. I'm moving too and they wanted proof of income, that and a credit check.
