Yah well i've been on a pretty bad run for a mounth now,
i was in the 2 big double tournys on FTP ( $75 buy in each )
Started out perfect had like 6k on each table crusing.
about 1 hour 30 minutes into it i pick KK up on both tables, get all in on both, first table guy had AQ and flopped the A
2nd table guy had qj and flopped trip queens, so both KK lost, ok NP i still have 3-4k on each.
Couple min later back up to 6k in chips and pick up AK in BB SB raises and i push, he calls with A 10 and hits the 10 on flop.
ok no problem still in it.
Next pick up AA, in BB everyone folds to me.
Next pick up qq raise it up and get dissconnected and lost the pot.
then to end it,
99 on one table
AQ on other
same time
go all in on both and both into AA |

I think I can't remember when I got AA and finally a flop. Seems like everytime I have something like QQ or better everybody is folding. IMO, almost everybody would go tilt after those events. |

u should post the hands.
could be playing them badly.
say you limped your KK UTG, then someone else raises, then someone calls, then you go ALL in, the people left to act may not have enough chips left to warrant folding, where if you pushed UTG, they might have folded and you would not have gotten called by ATo or not, there are alot of Donks out there.
but post the hands for better results |

That's not an example of bad play - if they call with AT, you should do a little dance of joy that they're trying so hard to give you money. Pushing UTG with kings specifically so people DON'T call is bad play, and minimizing your value. |

whatever, I was just giving an example.
alot of times when people just type in their hands from memory, its very cloudy.

| Seriously, you should reconsider your mentality about poker if you think that's a good example. I'm not trying to offend, but that kind of statement reminds me very much of my early days when I thought I had misplayed hands because someone laid a bad beat on me, when in actuality what I did was get them to put a lot of money in with a slim chance of winning. That's the goal of poker - it's not bad play. |
