I took a break from poker after a bad run earlier this year; I was 10-tabling the $16.00's on Stars, and I was tilting/ playing badly towards the end. My bankroll dropped to $300, and I stopped playing for 2 months.

Fast Forward to May. I started playing again, grinding the $6.50's 4 tables at a time. Studied my game hard, posted hand histories, etc. Read Poker Mindset to control the tilt issues, and my game has skyrocketed. Starting to try 10 tables again, been a good grind so far. Anyways, I've built up to about $700 dollars, but I was doing some math, you guys can tell me if this sounds plausible:

10 Tables, 10% ROI at the 6.50's. Does this seem sustainable, provided I play my best all the time?

If this is the case, do you think the same could be done at the $16.00's? How about 15 tables? How about 15$ ROI?

Any input appreciated guys.

I definitely think that 10% ROI at the $6.50s should be attainable if you are 10-tabling the $6.50s. Been a while since I've played any of these but I would have thought that even a little more might be achievable.

As for the $16s, I think 10% ROI whilst playing that many tables would be tops. Because it's the best rake deal on the net, you have a LOT of multitabling regulars who grind out 12+ tables at a time. If you were playing fewer tables I might think that 12-15% may be achievable but when you're playing 10 tables there are spots where you give up some ROI for the increase in hourly rate.

Def sustainable @ the 6.50's.
10% playing 10+ tables at the 16s though is a different story and IMO is pretty hard to sustain. Especially given that there's less recreational players in the summer time (from what i've heard) , and more grinders compared to Sept-May.
