Opp's stats were 33/16 over 45 hands, he is a losing player (STR 0 over 520 games). The only other times it has been folded to him in the SB with me in the BB he raised 6x BB (600) once and folded once.

What is my move here? Call and see a flop with set implied odds?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (4 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

UTG (t1865)
Button (t2905)
SB (t4955)
Hero (t3775)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9, 9.
2 folds, SB raises to t400, Hero ????

You could just call, but what about making it 11-1200? It would suck to have to fold if he comes over the top but you could still get away and i think he folds alot to this raise. I hate folding almost 1/3rd of my stack if he shoves but his raise looks to me like he is gonna fold alot.

Player is way to bad to realise he needs to fold if you shove over, so you run into the rule of 'dont mess with the bigstack when you're 2nd biggest stack'.

I call and play postflop poker I guess.

the problem with this is if he knows what he's doing he should be re-shoving 100% and you'll have to fold.. I think calling and evaluating on the flop is the better play..

I would reraise it to about 1000, call a push and shove any flop that is not a total disaster
