Couple of hands @ 0.50/1

Hi guys, been a while since of posted but I've got a couple of hands I'd like some comments on.

Hand1
Villain is fairly loose playing at 27/2 over a small sample of 50 hands. He is one of those players that call with any two on the flop. The turn card gave me some good equity in the hand, but is it worth betting in such a small pot? Since these players always bet the turn when checked to would check raising this hand be better to build the pot?

Hand 2
Villain is limping about 21% of his hands but doesn't bet unless he has something. I have to assume he has me beat on the flop. I was getting about the right odds but I didn't discount any outs with the flush draw on board. Perhaps I shouldn't of continued with this hand in such a small pot in hindsight. The main question I have with this hand is, is the isolation raise a good play? Is protecting my hand like this good in a small pot or should I just call hoping for more overcalls to build the pot if I hit my hand. Though by raising I can also take a free card most of the time.

Hand 1: I don't think you have enough equity for a bet to be profitable, much less a check/raise. OTOH, you said he calls ATC on the flop, but will he fold the turn to a bet? If you think there's a reasonable chance you can semi-bluff the turn. In that case the c/r is much more powerful, representing 2pr+, and if he checks behind the free card may be good for you.

Hand 2: I don't like the raise, but I would call to see if I get a good turn (8 or heart, maybe a 7).

Hand 1: I like betting out again on the turn because it represents a strong hand. If he'll call with atc on the flop he could have complete air here and a bet will likely make him fold. If he folds 1/3 times you show an automatic profit. Even if villian is ahead and calls or raises we still have 12 outs to top pair or better.

Hand 2: I raise middle pair here every time. You dramatically improve your equity by folding out any other middle pairs, bottom pairs, overcards, or gutshots. Sets you up for a free card on the turn and you can the fold the river if you're still UI.

DD: Seems like I was responding in weak-tight mode.

At game speed I probably would bet the turn in Hand 1 hoping to make him fold. I count about 13 outs: 9 clubs, 3 nines, and one for the overcard discounted from the usual 1.5 because villain may have a better Ace.

Hand 2 I would call after pulling my mouse pointer away from the "Fold" button. I hate my results with Middle Pair and there were still 4 villains in the hand at that point. I'm not in front.
