Villain is sLAG 26/21/3. We have 3 bet each other a couple times and he showed down Q9s in one a 3 bet pot oop. 150bb deep 100nl. No one has 4 bet yet.

Villain raises to 3.5 in cut off.
I 3 bet AK to 12 on the button.
Villain raises to 26.

Do we
a) 5 bet shove?
b) call and raise a lot of flops AI?

I just get it here pre flop as my standard play vs this type of player.

Call because we have position and I think there is too much behind to shove.

Certainly call and take a flop. I think he gives up a lot on the flop too.

I shove. I think you have bad reverse implied odds vs his 4bet range. Getting paid off on A high or K high flops will generally be hard and when you miss hes never folding JJ/QQ.

Not given how little money is behind since he's always betting these flops.

Theres still 125BB behind. Best case he bet folds 40BB on the 32% of flops that hit us with QQ/JJ. Then we get stacked 100% by AA on K high flops and 100% when he hits a set w AA/KK, and we get outplayed when he has AK a lot because he has the betting lead.

Think of it from villians point of view. Your 4bet gets called, you have QQ, flop comes A62. You bet and get raised or called. Are you putting another penny in this pot?
