I requested a cashout from PStars on like 4/19 for $500 through their e-checks option, and I still have not recieved the money. They recently made some announcements about delays in e-check cashouts, but the amount of time this is taking is getting absurd. I have sent them a couple e-mails asking if they could give me any updates on the delay and they haven't really told me anything substantial.
Is anyone else in this situation or have suggestions on what to do? |

| I think there is a huge thread at 2+2 somewhere. A friend of mine is in your same situation with FullTilt (they both use the same company for cashouts). |

dont use echecks, paper checks on stars is doing fine. accroding to both stars and FTP almost everything is processed by now and will show up in our accounts in the next couple days.
the most probable speculation is that the merchant(s) used for FTP paper checks and bank transfers and PStars echcecks pulled out for the same reasons epass did. like i said PStars paper checks have been working the whole time and i believe they use a different merchant.
i really really hope i get my money within a week, if not gah |

yea, this really fucked up things for me for awhile giving me like literally no cash on hand [poor planning on my part, but I didnt expect epass to pull out and all other methods quick methods to be fucked]. in the mean time ive made a larger cashout by check which i fully expect to receive before i get my echeck cashout.
really fucking annoying situation. |

Sure they do. We don't mind waiting a little while but if a fish gambles it up runs $100 into 2K and it takes a month to get his money out he might be less likely to come back in the future.
I just get paper checks mailed to me because my bank mostly serves busto college kids and I like getting funny looks from the tellers when I deposit a check there. Last time I deposited 5K I asked for $600 in cash so I could play a live donkament, and the teller told me to be careful. He must of thought I was into drugs or something. |

| people are freaking out over echecks for no reason. If you got an echeck between certain dates there is a huge delay. If you got it after that date your fine. But get paper checks, they are just as fast. |

meh, it doesnt necessarily seem to be that simple as several people requested checks after that period and havent received them yet. Also, you receive checks in about the time it takes for an echeck to hit your bank, but you still have to wait for those funds to clear whereas that isnt the case for an echeck. |

So Stars sent out e-mails saying that the delayed echecks have been processed. Hopefully the money shows up soon.
As for the echeck vs paper check issue... I don't have to get up and walk to the bank for an echeck haha. I may just have to make the walk in the future to avoid delays like this though =( |

4 echecks that i havent expected still not in 10k total. Rumor is a 20% Bonus credit on echecks in the time frame so im not going to bitch about that. I am going to bitch that i havent received either of my 10k paper checks. It has never taken longer than a week for a paper check to get to me, so im kinda pissed about it. if i get a free 2k they can keep my money for another month for all i care though. |

| Ya this Bonus was pretty nice. And its no limitations (not really like a Bonus, just a credit). I had emailed PS to ask them where my echeck was and they said although they use a third party processor they take responsibility for all their players money and gave the Bonus. Maybe not, but I've dealt with some sites that I think would just say "sorry, should be there soon". I thank PS for being responsible and giving a little action, not just words! |

If you cash out by paper check you'll have your check within 7-14 days. |
