the officials should be ashamed of themselves
a team that is known for being soft and shooting fade-aways has shot 33 FT's on their home court
seriously, wtf, they shot like 22 FTs in the 3rd qtr alone |

lol someone explain to me why the Mavs traded for Jason Kidd
he doesn't even bring the ball up the court in the last 3 minutes, he just runs his scared ass to the corner and gets the hell outta dodge. |

replace 'mavs' with 'suns' and 'jason kidd' with 'shaq', and you have a similarly good point. |

| Both trades were horrible, but the Suns' was way worse. At least the Mavs will make the playoffs next year. Lakers, Hornets, Spurs, Jazz, Rockets, Mavs, Nuggets, Warriors, and Blazers should all be better than the Suns next year unless one of those teams has a major injury or makes a horrible trade. |

All I know is the suns tempo is so bad with shaq up there, Nash walks the ball up the court, don't remember that happening too much before the Diesel came into town.
Anyways, being a die-hard Spurs fan I'm a lot more nervous about us blowing this series somehow than everyone else here combined. It'd be nice to get a sweep and watch DAL and NO have a tough 7 game series. |

| i'm quite unsure how a person can be nervous about his own defending champion team who just took a 3-0 lead in a 7 game series via a clear and convincing win on the road. |

| Yeah, not really sure what's going on. I can't really comment on the game either, I was watching the Tigers game. |

you don't watch the Spurs enough now or in the past to know that we've always had trouble holdings leads, and ever since blowing the 2-0 lead against LA (Fisher's crazy shot in game 5 after TD's) I'm always skeptical.
Or, I could just be like the Spurs franchise, never assume anything. You hear the Spurs, they're minds are still squarely set on this series, no looking ahead at all. |

i've watched the large majority of the spurs playoff games in the last 6-8 years, so i've seen them a lot, probably not as much as you though. they had some trouble down the stretch late this year in the 4th quarter, and i watched some of those games.
really though, spurs aren't going to have a problem winning this series. i predict they lose game 4 and win it in 5. |

| Pretty great performance by the Magic in the 4th quarter today. I really think this team is going to the conference finals. |

I've actually been watching the NFL draft this whole time. Any highlights?
I think Orlando has definitely looked more impressive than Detroit so far this post-season and it's not particularly close. |

I don't get how Orl wins this game
I looked at Howard after first qtr, like 12 pts 7 boards
he finishes with 19 pts and 16 board and they win, so gg to the rest of the team I guess. |

rashard had a lot of rebs as well and him, turk, and nelson had 27, 18, and 19 points so it was pretty spread out.
also, i'm ashamed of the suns. they are teh suck right now. how can they not put a body on parker like ever? he literally does whatever he feels like out there.
funniest part of suns/spurs game...ginobli gets rebound and wraps his arms around the ball while amare starts to motion towards the ball to wrestle it away, ginobli catapults backwards flailing his arms, the ball rolls out of bounds, and the suns get it back while ginobli looks like a douche. lol that was so great! |

the calls are SOOOOOO inconsistent
Landry gets hacked, no call
McGrady backs down Williams, ticky-tack on Deron
Williams drives, gets hammered, no whistle
Scola grazes Williams, insta-whistle
just call it tight or don't call it, but it's so weird. |
