I was playing last night and this guy that is a regular told me he was also playing on Party Poker, and he lives in CA.
I asked him how? and he said he opened an online bank account in the UK, and said 1/2 the Party Poker site was Americans now?

True?

False?

Anyone else heard of this?

Possible.
Unlikely.

More likely: hes running a proxy, or he's paid someone for their account.
