I received $128.80 Rakeback from TigerGaming on the 10th of January.
However, it doesn’t match the deal I signed up for.
- I signed up through FTR. This was 35% Rakeback (1st deposit Bonus not deducted).
- This is my 1st month of play and my 1st Rakeback.
- I have played exclusively in cash games. I have earned 12050.80 POP (Action Poker’s player points).
- I haven't played there since the 3rd of January.
- 1 POP is earned per $0.10 contributed rake.
Therefore I have paid $1205.8 in rake. So 35% should be 421.78. I actually received just over 10% Rakeback.
Could someone please explain why this is?
Thanks,
Kamawoop. |

No explanation? TigerGaming currently have a reload Bonus which I plan to take advantage of.
However, I would rather the matter of the missing $293 was dealt with 1st. |

The response from thier support, suggests to contact FTR directly.
"Please be informed that you are entitled to a 35% Rakeback from www.flopturnriver.com . You may contact them directly for more information regarding the promo." |

Hello Kamawoop,
This is Tiger Gaming Rep and I'd like to help you out with your issue.
I was checking on our Poker Admin but I was just able to find account Kamawoop for Action Poker room and not TigerGaming.
Is Kamawoop also your TG room username?
Please reply at your earliest convenience and I will get this case sorted for you and any owed money will be paid in full.
Thanks!

My TigerGaming username is Kapsowar.
Previously I had a ActionPoker account (Username Kamawoop).
I enjoyed my time playing on your network, so later I asked Tiger if I was still eligble for the promotions - (after abit of too-ing and fro-ing) finally I was informed that I was. I then signed up for the deal that FTR offered at the time.
My TigerGaming username is: Kapsowar. |

Hey, Kamawoop.
I am sorry no one has given you a satisfactory response. I've emailed the other FTR admins and copied "APN" as well. Hopefully, someone will reply here soon so we can get to the bottom of this. |

It's probably fair by now to assume that I'm not going to receive the missing rake, or even any further response from your Tiger Gaming rep (APN). I haven't completely forgotten the matter (nasty downswing, an extra $293 would come in handy).
I don't entirely blame FTR; I have found corresponding with Tiger staff difficult and mostly nonsensical since the start. However suffice to say I shan't be using FTR as my Rakeback provider, nor Tiger Gaming as my poker site, in future. |

Hi Kamawoop
I’ve finished reviewing your account. In answer to your initial post and in order to clarify any misunderstandings:
- You do receive a 35% Rakeback
- You earned over one thousand POP points within the first three days of January, so the total POP points you showed as accumulated weren’t all from December
- The amount of POP points is in general 1 for every $0.10 in rake, but it may vary a little depending on the case. For further details, please visit the promotions section of our website
- Usually you can have a very good idea on the amount of rake paid based on the POP points earned, but it isn’t exactly the same as dividing the POP points by 10. For example, you paid $1,052.14 in rake during December and generated 10388 POP points
- Your Rakeback should have been $368.25 and due to a mistake on our part, you only received $128.80
We have credited the remaining $240 to your account. We sincerely hope you’ll accept our deepest apologies for taking so long to solve your problem. |

Thanks for the reply and your help in resolving this issue APN.
I have recieved $240 as promised and for that I am grateful; however I am still confused.
I took advantage of a 1st deposit Bonus (not deducted from the rake rebate under FTR's T & C), that took 12000 POP to clear. I received the Bonus, earning 12050.8 POP whilst doing so.
It seems that the rake returned on the 1oth of January only covered my play during the days of December. Fair enough; however prior to the $240 added recently, $128.8 was the total of my rake return. If January's rake only covered December; than I should have had a rake rebate early February, covering January's play and I didn't.
The current situation is that I have received rake rebate on December’s play; (10388 POP's worth); however not on the additional 1663 POP’s worth of play that it required to clear the Bonus and that I played during the 1st week of January.
Thanks,
Kamawoop. |

Hi Kamawoop,
I checked your account and you are absolutely correct. For some reason you were not giving Rakeback for the rake paid in January and February. Unfortunately I do not know why this happened since the person that would know is no longer here. We are sorry for that.
We will credit your account today with $48.38 from January and $92.70 from February.
Thank you once more for your patience and understanding. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do.
Have a great week! |

Thanks APN,
Clearly the delay was not a good thing, but it does make it all the sweeter now I’ve received the rake rebate.
I have a slight cash-flow problem; so will withdraw the money to add to my bankroll. However, I shall return to Tiger Gaming, as it now rates as one of my more profitable sites.
