| This doesn't compare with some of the above hands but i thought this was an odd way to play a set. Not once does auntd bet enough to protect against any possible str8 draws. Also i'm not sure what the point of the river min bet was. This happens a lot at 2nl. People are so terrified of looseing callers that they make tiny little bets giving their enemies odds to suck out on them. |

So I've had a pretty bad week in terms of how I've been running. Went on a 4bi downer, which is MASSIVE for me. Not saying I'm good, you've seen my competition.
Anyway, I'm having a good session, up about 3 buy-ins and was thinking it was a pretty good day after the last few. But then I think, "It would be nice to have about $200 more before I quit." Then no longer after that thought enters my head does this deep stacked buddy of mine make himself known. Somehow I hadn't noticed him yet. There was a huge fish between us earlier that I was focusing on.
Anyway, he snap called on the river. And I mean fucking SNAP called! Like Hellmuth's beating you into the pot with his chips style. It was so fast, before the cards were turned over, I actually thought fuck was there a straight flush on board that I missed??
