I've got a deck of Copags which I love to death, but the J of diamonds has a slight bend which you can see if the deck is lying there perfectly square, just a little blip. Nobody else has noticed or anything, but it's still annoying that it's there.
Any suggestions on 'ironing out' the imperfection, or do I just have to buy a new set at some point? |

| Litterally iron them out, just put it on a not to warm setting and there you go (probably the coldest depending on your flat-iron) |

Yeah, I think an iron would do the trick. Copags are awesome.
Once I got them wet with beer stuck them back in the plastic holder and forgot about them for like a week. When I got them out all the dye had run from the blue rectangle on the front to the back of the cards dammmmmmm. I couldn't get it out with just water. Used some oven cleaner LOL, then washed them with washing up liquid, brand new |

i think the best idea is to buy a new deck--you can try to fix a marked card but i say get all new cards for two reasons
1. cards arent vey expensive--next time you are at the store just pick up 3 or 4 decks and you wont have this problem
2. nothing is ever as good as it was when it was new-- |
