98 yards? In 1 minute? That's probably never been done.
Ever. |

tossup between Joe Montana and as much as it pains me to say as a Chiefs fan, "Horse Face" John Elway
saved a little dignity by calling him Horse Face there |

actually, i guess its the 98 yds, but i know that 90+ has been done in under a minute a couple of times. besides, it was hypothetical, humor me.
i saw montana, with the chiefs, drive down the field in LESS than a minute to take the lead...there were like 3 minutes left.
only to have Elway do it right back to the Chiefs in less than a minute himself. both drives were 85+ yds.
bar none, the two greatest drives back to back to change a lead i've ever seen...and two of the fastest 4th quarter drives, too.
montana had a shot to make it back to back to back, but didnt get it done.
anyone remember that game? george?
but, if i had to pick one myself.....i'd have to go with ELWAY.
thats like rooting for the Cubs, to me. |

Tecmo bowl ruled.
I loved the NY Giants in that game. I would just have LT pick one off and run it back. Nobody could touch that guy. |
