3 folds
Villan: raises $6 to $8
1 fold
Random Guy: calls $8
1 fold
Hero: calls $6
*** FLOP *** [Ad 10c Jd]
Hero: bets $18
Villan: raises $25 to $43
Random Guy: folds
Hero: calls $25
*** TURN *** [Ad 10c Jd] [7h]
Hero: bets $25 (making a fake blocking bet for my "flush draw")
Villan: raises $75 to $100
Hero: ?

Seeing as the stacks are so deep, i don't want to shove b/c i feel only K-Q will call me, or at least K-Q overwhelming makes up his calling range against a shove. How should i play the rest of this hand?

Thoughts on how i played the flop?

never done this before and i like it. your turn bet looks more like a scared AK/AQ and his raise looks like a better hand. ergo I'm raising here.

Call.

Bet $100 on the river if the board doesn't pair.

or

Just shove. Worse hands call and you can still suck-out vs the nuts.

I like shoving here. Who likes a flop 3bet?

i would bet bigger on the turn, probably half the pot maybe more. You have poorly aligned the pot with your small bet. If you'd bet 40 or 50, then he raised you to 150 or 175, you'd have him pot committed.

I think I would push now. If he has a set then any diamond/9/8/Q/K can kill your action...if he folds...meh.

I wonder how often A-J/10-10 calls a shove on the turn here. I haven't done anything wild at the table this session, so i don't think he would assume i am shoving anything worse than a diamond draw. If i had A-J in his spot, i would definitely consider folding seeing as the stacks are quite deep.

Good point. My bet would have still looked weak enough that he would have wanted to pop it up, and then we can get the stacks in on the turn.

I called the turn raise, and the river came out was a blank. I bet $110 and villan called with A-J.

this is good stuff. get him pot commited before you make a strong play. the small bet, shove over a raise is sick strong and will fold out a lot of good hands and you dont want to let another card come off here ever without getting mass money in this pot. also a big bet and shove over a raise is just not as strong looking of a line.

turn needs to be thought out better as noted above, you need to make opp raise to commit to pot. I think you need to allow a lot of rivers to fall here provided we get lots in th pot on the turn as opp isnt folding many rivers if we get the pot size right on the turn regardless of the card.
I bet 40-60 on turn, call a raise and open shove most rivers. C/r ing all in is sick if you know opp is betting river regardless of results which is my fav river line.
