Hey there. I am a player at UB and I was trying to use the hand converter and it keeps saying "format not recognized." All I did was copy and paste from the hand histories page when I had my table open at UB. Then, I pasted it into the converter input field. Am I doing something wrong? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Post the hand as you are pasting it there. If there is a problem with the hand, they can't tell without seeing it. If it's the converter, they can't tell without the hand.

Did you see this note below the converter?

Quote:
* Ultimate Bet hand histories must be the ones displayed online.

Not sure what that means, but it might be your problem. Try this converter too, if it doesn't work there, then something's wrong with the history.
