| Usually on Stars, if you use Neteller, the amount of your last deposit will get credited back pretty quick, like within a few minutes. It's never taken more than about a day for me on Stars. Can't speak for UB. |

Thats a total joke and completely unacceptable. Imagine if a bank took that long, or you boss in work took a month to get you your pay cheque. I would be e-mailing saying I am considering instructing a lawyer at that stage.
I am lucky and have never had cashout problems (touch wood), from Empire, Paradise, Stars and Pacific. Only WPX took a while and I e-mailed their very unhelpful support.
In my experience Stars gets you the $$ within a few hours at most, have only ever done it a few times though. |
