| I can't seem to send any PMs. They all end up queued in my outbox. Anybody had this problem before? I deleted some messages from my sentbox but they still won't send. Does this mean that the addressees' PM inboxes are full? |

It's not a problem.

The Sentbox naturally remains full. This is normal. It does not affect PMs going out.

You would get a notice if your recipient cannot receive any more PMs due to his Inbox being full. PMs in your Outbox just means the recipient hasn't opened them yet. |
