Is this the logic for block betting vs check/calling the river?
--Block bet if I am not confident in my hand and think villain will check behind worse hands but bet/raise better hands or bluff too much for me to call
--Check/call if I am confident I'm ahead and villain will fold to a bet but checking could induce a bluff |
