1st should try to keep the pot manageable I guess
2nd I possibly didnt fuck up. Either win that ok pot on turn or lose big.
3rd fold to 3-bet.

1: results aside, why did you check the turn in hand 1?
2: with two limpers already, and being out of position, why not raise more preflop?

I've seen this a lot and was wondering whether your raise is standard play.

If you are playing TAG, $35 seems like a pretty whimpy raise to me.

$35 raise is to $40 and it had got mostly 1 caller. At the time I didnt feel raising more was in order.

I'm not very good with these but I'm going to go try.

Inhand two you raise to $40 and get 3 other callers.

On the flop the pot is $160 and you lead out for a bet of 170.
Me no likey. Who's going to REALLY call you? Heck, a smart player who's beating you now will not raise, since this might make it an EASY fold for you.

The flop is K63 and anyone with a set of 6's or 3s is going to call that bet.

TWO people called your bet on the FLOP and you still kept firing... game is over... you were commited by then.

I'm a wuss so this is how I'd played it.

I raise to $40 and then lead out with 90. If a flush/set decides to min raise my ass or whatever, I'll probably call but then CHECK the turn and decide what to do then.

If no one raises me and then justs calls, then I'll lead out once again on the turn.. but with caution.

I just HATE betting OOP with THAT flop and betting out HARD.

I'm a wuss I guess....

I think either way he was going to lose his stack on this hand.

These hands just project what can happen when you arent fully concentrated when playing. I am pretty confident that I wouldnt lose my whole stack against that straight/flush if I had thought before 10-betting that turn. That OOP against T6 was playing like a dark tunnel bluff, I dont think I thought more than 2 seconds before acting every street, take your time, think, then act. Did not happen this time. Live and learn, hopefully.
