#1 there has got to be a flush out there, perhaps a higher set as well given this is an unraised pot. I fold.
#2 sometimes I clarkmeister this as well. I assume you would play your flush this way as well? Villain dependant..
#3 He might have something like KJ, he is a shorty so I kinda like this. makes wonders for your image, if you get to SD here that sets you up for nice semi-bluffs as well later on.
#4 gaining info? Button is still to come and if either button or UTG re-raises HERO I would be gone.. against ABC button calling would be ok as well but I like this.
Also, nice work not showing the results.. |

| on #1, assuming two people have flushes, i think i have enough equity to be allin against them. the board pairs like 1/3 of the time right? counting all the dead money in there, i think its +EV, but i'm not quite sure. |

Hand 1: I sim'ed as:
36% equity vs 2 flushes OR 1 flush and 1 f/d
30% equity vs 1 flush and AoKd
$98.55 to win $263.05, 2.65:1 easy call assuming that there is < 25% chance or so someone has a higher set... also they might both have f/d or pair no draw!
Hand 4... only hand UTG realisitically has that beats you is TT/99/QQ, no? AA/KK re-re raise, no? I am more worried about button. This might be a nice sandwich, but I think you have to raise more to get Button to fold an overpair. Which he probably doesn't do. |
