I dont think calling is an option on the turn. If you get re-raised, you have a better comfortability of folding. If you dont, you at least represent a Q-pair and might slow them down on the river. In either case, looks like your beat.

Raising to $20-$24 or so would work. Then check behind on the river unimproved.
