Shadley had tripled up on a pretty ridiculous call and was raising a lot. The reraise told me he had a hand but not necessarily QQ+. This was a no-brainer, yes? Or do I just push preflop?

Most of the time when people raise ridiculously they don't want you to call. Good play. Very tough to call.

Don't rely on this alone to make decisions - it's true at the lower levels, but as you move up more and more people will make plays like this with a hand BECAUSE it looks like a bluff. Doing so, you don't have to get called often for it to be a very +EV play.
