With all the news lately about Hurricane Katrina, we shouldn't forget that Houston has had it's share of devastating weather also.

The attached photo illustrates the damage caused to a home when Hurricane Rita passed through the Houston area a couple of days ago. It really makes you cherish what you have, and reminds us not to take life for granted!!!

Warning: The attached picture is quite graphic and may not be suitable for younger viewers.

click the link below for the picutre...didn't wanna put it directly on the forums due to the graphic nature of the photo.

the chair only just fell over.. and the following wind pressure, and vibration through the deck caused the whole house to collapse, the chair fell pretty hard.. i cant remember the link to the photo, but if you look up "lemon party" on google you should find it.

That's all we need, and insensitive jerk that downplays the tragedy and extent of the destruction; have a heart! Wink

The horror of the storm was so great that the chair apparently shot itself in the head to get out of the living hell of Houston, which was now covered in almost a quarter inch of non-toxic water. Its so sad.

I hope PokerStars and other sites are busy planning benefit tournaments to hep with the cleanup efforts.
