I like the TB pick.. and Atl is decent. But the other two i dont like...here's why.
Cincy -10: Cincinnati still hasnt played any team of substance so far this year. A ten spot is huge in the NFL. They have been having everything go perfectly for them this year so far and i can see this as one of those games they might start to look past and ease up on a bit. I think they will win but 10 is alot to lay. There are very few teams in the NFL i would even consider betting when giving this many points and i just cant see making this young cinci team one of them.
Patriots -6: They got lucky in last weeks game in Pitt. Didnt play a complete game for the second week in a row. But the real reason i am staying away is the "comedown" factor. That game last week was huge. Its hard to be as focused the next week after such an emotionally draining game last week that had alot of hype built up to it.
Just some thoughts... good luck on it though.. ill be rooting for you! |

Mabye a parlay is being too agressive... i like a 7 point teaser, with tampa, cinci, indi, and Carolina... with the adjusted line it looks like this
Tampa +0.5
Cinci - 2.5
Indi PK
Carolina - 1
Seems like an obvius line... but sometimes being obvius is the best bet... for example last week everyone freaked out and bailed on Cinci... look what happened there. So sometimes the n0-brainer is the way to go! |

If you're taking the Pats on this game then use the Nine.com line where they're only -4.5 |

re: 4-Team Parlay on Bodog

a double digit spread but this could get ugly for Houston. Houston's D gets run on at will so Rudi Johnson should have a field day. Houston demotes # 2 corner Buchanon to nickel after week 2, and this is a bad time to find out your secondary is worse than expected against the Bengals air game. Palmer hasn't yet thrown a pick and Houston has yet to catch one. Bengals defense already have 12 picks and Carr should be good for at least one. two should seal the deal.
Lions at Buccanneers, taking TB -7
oh yeah, i like everything about this one.
Vikings at Falcons, taking ATL -6
like this one too. Vikings defense is not well suited for outside running and tight end matchups, a couple of the strong points of Atlanta's offense.
Chargers at Patriots, taking the Pats -6
not sure about this? the loss of Harrison and Light have gotta feel like a knee to the gut. Pats O-line now starts 2 rookies. like in the Pittsburgh game, Pats D should be blitz heavy to compensate for Harrison's hole and Brees should see pressure all day, especially since NE uses a lot of 4-3 now, but i guess Schottenheimer finally remembered he has LT on his roster, but then again, the Chargers secondary is weak and Brady with time, should pick these guys apart, but then again...
well anyway, i hope you nail that parlay. i liked the games you picked this week. |

| I love Tampa and I love Cincy, The Texans are easily the worst team in the game right now...I'm almost compelled to bet against them the rest of the season (and I'm positive I'll come out happy in the long run). Vikings at Falcons scares me a bit...Vick isn't 100% and their WR's suck. As for the Pats/SD, I don't have a read on this game yet. SD is a bit of an enigma. |
