The villain, a solid player for the 100 NL level, plays his hand exactly like he has a monster.. turns out it was more like a monsterlet  This shows why laying down TPTK in 6-max (espically at the 100$ buy-in level) is very very difficult..

Do you regularly put your whole stack on the line on turn with TPTK? If you do, is it profitable?
I get extremely wary when someone minraises the turn like that - your right it does spell monster. Maybe I'm playing weaktight, but I dont like to get allin here. |

| I think this is a real grey area. You may be slightly +EV by pushing here but it's not clear-cut by any means. It helps that in this case the turn card was a meaningless one (almost no chance it helped him), but he could very easily be sitting on a set of sixes or fours with the line he laid down here. Ordinarily, with that series of bets and a scarier board, I'm probably folding the turn unless I have a read telling me a good reason not to. If I know a guy is pretty aggressive I'd be more likely to push. |

Everyone gotta love this play!
My only question is that with a 4xbbs raise infront of me and i have KQ is the play to put it down preflop? That might just be me but i'd be worried about being dominated and hitting top pair onlt to be behind. I love spinoli's aggro play and i'd push there with AK too i think i just dont understand KQ calling the push and i have doubts over calling preflop when it is raised in front of me if i dont at least have suited KQ to give more options
WOuld you make the opps play here spinoli under the circumstances? |

| Just don't get in the habit of doing it alot, there are still situation in 1000nl (even full ring) where i will push my entire stack in w/ tptk, but you have to choose them well. |

It's rare for an opponent to get raised on the flop while holding TP, then smooth call and check raise you on 4th street without improvement and nothing to represent. I see it, but not often. Usually if they think their hand is good they'll bet right out into you on the turn with a coup bet, or re-raise you on the flop.
Making a habit of this is -EV against solid players. |
