Not the best example of my work. I had no assets and only like 2 weeks to do it.
I voted "dropped out of college." I actually never went to a "real" college. Just took some classes at a community college, but never finished it nor got a degree in anything.
I started as an artist in a T-shirt graphics shop, and found myself going from one designer job to another and taught myself (or learned on the job) all the tools of my trade along the way. |
Whoa, you really did some work on that movie? I don't remember what they are talking about, but I didn't know you really had more then some fledgling work. |

I dropped out of college when I had a ton of credits. I had a little endeavor which involved moving to another city, which failed miserably. I moved back, and had some options.
So instead of going back to school, I joined the Coast Guard. I find out when I leave for bootcamp Sept 12th. The benefits will definitely outweight the negatives, and when I get out i'll have a horde of cash saved up. |

I also feel like college isn't for me right now. Not that I lack the ability, I just lack the passion that is needed to really excell in a specialized field, AND i don't want to waste $40,000 on an education I'm not totally obsessed with.
When the time comes, I will be completely devoted to it. |
