67. Goat - Would you have been able to get away from the hand if an A flopped, given Pulpstar raised from the button?

68. TLR - I would have made a standard raise, I remember thinking 4x BB raise from EP = monster hand.

80. Pants - I would have raised this preflop if you wanted to play.

85. Random - with AQo in what is effectively a SB vs BB situation (because Trip is sitting out) I would have definitely repopped Goat preflop, particularly with the big stack. I would have made it 800 to go preflop to see how much he really likes his hand. Goat's range is going to be very wide here. As played, I might have raised his c-bet, that flop is unlikely to have hit him.

87. Random - I would have tried a steal with J9o here from the button. 250-275 to go.

88. Random - I would definitely have raised here with KJo from the CO. You have the big stack, use it!

91. Random - I don't like this limp. I would have raised with 99 on this tight table (even from EP) and called TLR's push no problem. Even as played I would still call the push, TLR's range is very wide here and the only time you haven't got odds is if he has TT-AA (only 30 hands out of probably 200+ that he's pushing in this spot).

97. Pants - close between calling and folding here. I think I probably fold too - if Sigurd had been a little shorter (say 1000 chips) I would have called for sure though.

102. Random - easy raise from the SB into TLR. If he pushed you would have to call because of the pot odds.

104. Random - I would definitely have raised here too with A8s in the CO.

#65: Did not really get this hand, weak steal attempt with no follow-up
#67: Well played by Goat
#71: On such a tight table I will probably raise AJ even from EP
#77: I personally do not like to steal with hands that contain a 2 or 3 unless I am very shortt stacked
#83: Nice fold Sigrud
#84: It was nice to see that immidiatly after the blind raise steals went from 3BB to AI
#85: I would reraise preflop, if it is a steal attempt you just take it down there, and even if Goat has a hand you may still be ahead
I am definitly betting this flop with AQ, if I am reraised I fold
#88: Weakly played by pantz, minraises dont get respect for a reason, plus it was done with a really weak hand
Flop: Pantz should have followed up
#91: Considering I was short stacked and a bit laggy I think Random_
hero had a difficult decision here, I am glad he folded

I think my line of thinking was that I dont want too much action, if someone calls a 3BB raise it is a bit more tempting for the blinds to call. Although on such a tight and observant table maybe 3BB would be better

Was definately playing way way too tight.

Dont know why. Was always reluctant too play and I really dont know why!! Rolling Eyes

At times I think I was looking at my stack and saying "its quite good, no need to throw chips away with "marginal" hands" when I should have been trying to make more chips!!

My usual game is certainly nothing like this and this has certainly opened my eyes lol.

65-like TLR said why min-steal and not c/b?

67. Goat - Would you have been able to get away from the hand if an A flopped, given Pulpstar raised from the button?

again Pulpstar open-raises but ill call and outplay him postflop ( i think ive rerasied pf twice now so i wont overuse it). i like my bet out. taipan asks if id get away from an Ace on flop. if an ace came id c/r him since i figure he will defo c/b this flop. if he pushed over my c/r then i fold, if he calls my c/r its tough since he should know he should fold weaker aces at this table since players are trying to play well and not embarrass themselves. having said that ill bet again on turn, if he calls that ill check river (no obvious draws and he wont chase so ill slowdown on river).

71-Sigurd AJ UTG id say is good to raise here.

79-taipan should raise here.

85. Random - with AQo in what is effectively a SB vs BB situation (because Trip is sitting out) I would have definitely repopped Goat preflop, particularly with the big stack. As played, I might have raised his c-bet, that flop is unlikely to have hit him.

yeah i also thought random may not be too tricky so my c/b was safe enough to make.

88. Random - I would definitely have raised here with KJo from the CO. You have the big stack, use it!

defo missed opp

91. Random - I don't like this limp. I would have raised with 99 on this tight table (even from EP) and called TLR's push no problem. personally it though TLRs range was a bit tighter as too not risk busting out, he may rely more on postflop than pushing marginals pf. i thought the lowest pair he'd push would be 77 (as a loose play) so may 88 werent good but still random would be 50/50 against most (granted he can take the hit and bust a good player, but random should defo of raised UTG.

99-taipan i considered pushing over you here with KTs, i figured i would of made you only call with monsters. a call was out of the question since i wanted to put you on the back foot. if i had an Ace i may well of.

100- i think id push 99 over pulpstars raise.

102. Random - easy raise from the SB into TLR. If he pushed you would have to call because of the pot odds.

another miss by random

104. Random - I would definitely have raised here too with A8s in the CO

yep.

no chance ill ever push them 55's, even if TLR was a donk in that position im not doing it. im not taking a 50/50 against a donk since you can outplay them in different spots.

with TT i would, 99 just maybe though i didnt think TLR would be as loose as this.
