I went to a Sunday night party. When I got there I was pleased to find that there was a holdem game. I was even more pleased to find that there was about $800+ on the table. I was even more pleased to find that the table was full of loose/passive chasers. Unfortunately, I only had $45 to work with... but I gave it a shot. Played a tight/aggressive game similar to the one I would use for Party Poker. Quickly laid down 2nd best hands. Punished the chasers looking for the draw.
Sat down with $45 at 7:30pm. Stood up at 10:30pm with $430!!! Awesome night. Love those loose bankrolls.
Just thought I'd share a "best of times" moment with everyone. |

| Good stuff. I have yet to sit down in a serious cash game. Heard of one not too far away that I may check out. Online winnings so far have kept me pretty happy, but I would love to get in on a good live game. |
