Any reads?

A standard player in this situation has AA/KK here almost everytime and insta-calls your push on the flop.
However, I have seen AK played this way so that is all that is folding here.
Definitely -EV

But I guess this is good for metagame (which is overrated for NL$1/2 IMO).

Edit: Ok now I see his stats. That makes this better.

NH

22% almost all the time when called

He has AK quite a bit here.

Once in a blue moon he could even find a fold with 99/1010 if he's aggro preflop but intelligent.

But I'd doubt that after he bets 90 on the flop LOL.

edit : we have stats on villain?...

Interesting hand. The good old limp re-raise move, and then the severe overbetting of the pot on the flop.

My only problem with this is that you are mostly folding worse hands, and getting called by better hands. I don't know if 99-JJ are pulling this limp re-raise play too often.

If you think villain might call with AK then it could be ok.

I assume you have a solid read on this player. He's been playing back at you for raising many hands preflop and so on.

I get that aswell and if your lag then you hafto deal with this, or you'll be giving away free money.

I find that it's very often hands like AK/AQ or even AJ. But there are indeed tight players who just dont like things to get tricky with AA/KK aswell.

Just now noticed that he limped reraised you utg. Have he done that move before? Could it be a low pp, looking for a cheap set and then making a move?

could he actually have called you with 77 or AK?
AK-A9 of spades is actually ahead by a small margin here.

did he actually 3-bet 76s?!
Sounds like you're just playing the player, it's not lagg if you're exploiting this guy's lagginess, right?
