Well I've noticed some horrible leaks in my game over the last 2 months in the ring. They have cost me more that $1000.
1. Getting big bets or my entire stack in with an unpaired board and the nut flush and getting busted repeateadly.
2. Getting big bets or entire stack in with a flopped set and getting busted repeateadly.
3. Getting big bets or entire stack in preflop with overpair v. underpair and getting busted repeateadly.
4. Flopping huge hands and never getting paid off. |

well you can fix the first 3 easily by not betting or folding those weak ass hands...

Shadowbane? Never heard of it.
But, I did find another leak. Last night $50 MTT, I have a nice stack built up. Limp in w/ 22. Flop comes J5s2s . I push AI to knock out any flush draws and get 2 callers anyway. Turn and river bring 5,5 and idiot wins pot with better FH, called my AI w/ J9.
5 minutes later in cash game, short handed I get A8. Flop comes 988. I push AI. I get called by J9. He riverd a 9 for better FH.
And 5 minutes after that, I have KQ. Flop brings 1010J. Mr. Weak is betting minimum and I call with the OESD. River brings a 9 making be a lovely nut str8. Of course Mr. Weak was playing 109 and made a FH.
Had to quit after that 15 minutes of shame. |
