FTR will be hosting a home game tourney Jan. 24 in Manhattan Beach, CA.
For those of you attending, the tourney will begin at 2:00pm sharp. For those confirmed who show up late will be posted and folded starting at 2:00pm.
The buy-in will be $20 per person, with first through third place getting paid off.
Any participants that still would like to register may email me directly or reply to this post. There are only a couple spots left available, so hurry. |

This is will be the structure of the first tourney at 2:00pm:
Each player will receive $40 in chips.
The blinds will start out:
$1-2
$2-4
Then we will increase the small blind by $2, and the big blind by $4 every 20 minutes.
So it will go, $1-2, 2-4, 4-8, 6-12, 8-16, 10-20, and so on.
The blinds will increase every 20 minutes.
Once we reach the final 5 players, the blinds will start increasing in 10 minute increments.
The final 3 players will make the money round, and always have the option to settle the pot between themselves.
I believe we will have 12 people on a single table. Good luck!! |

would love to hear more about this one, as well as if there are any future FTR local socal events. (:
a friend and i setup our very first home game NLH tournament at the end of '03, and aside from my early exit (out 3rd out of 20!) i loved it...
