This was the last had I played tonight and just had to share it. After playing about four tables in a few hours, I made a couple of hundred to cover the Clippers' game for my brother and I tomorrow (including beers.) Check it out. Keep in mind if I didn't hit anything after the flop, I would've been, "Exit...Stage right."

Very well done Big J Money. The double-check was nice.

I particularly like the chat part where you ask if he has pocket pairs..lol.

So you made 200 bucks tonight? That's awesome! I made like $150 today.

Well played nut Big J.

Still hanging about even here. I lost track of the last time I hit with baby or medium pocket pairs and got paid off. Set of aces fell to a gutshot straight draw on the river (I played it a little slow, but man can someone please hit 2 pair or smaller set when I slow play my set of Aces...) Oh yeah, he hit that with the KJo he called 4x the BB with pre-flop, bet 2x on the flop, 2x on turn which I raised to 6x.

After that beating, I hit a couple sit n gos. Finished 5th and 2nd. Funny story about that. Final 3 and it's pretty close with me between 2nd and 3nd. I get JTo in the SB with 250/500 blinds. Button limps, I call, BB (tall stack) checks. Flop comes J A A. I think for a couple seconds and check to trap. BB goes All-in! I'm so ready to hit the call button when the button calls!!! At this point I HAVE to put the caller on a Jack or Ace and I get out of the way. BB had 33, button had maybe a King. I got run over heads up by the tall stack. Yay.

Ahhh.. I feel better now...

Note to the maniacs out there. If you're going to play every hand, raising to a buck isn't a good idea and re-raising the table rock is just plain suicidal.

WOW.

Player 6 is horrible Fnord. Calling all those bets on 56? You have to be kidding me. My ISP has been up and down, but I was able to get on Friday and went from $75 to $194 so far. Working right now, should be on for a little bit when I get home.

Maniac effect. It was great, for a while two of them were going at it picking up timid player's money along the way. Then one busted out the other one Sad

Some weak players will see the maniac(s) bet them out of their maginal hands/positions with pretty much nothing. So they will misadapt by pushing draws harder and trying to be more aggressive than the maniacs!

Don't out maniac the maniac. Figure out where you stand with the maniac with small bets (semi-bluff, etc.) If they don't respect you, wait for a monster and destroy.
