I was thinking I either should've raised more pre-flop, or maybe I should've folded on the flop. I was thinking he either had a set, or maybe an overpair like JJ or QQ

Since there was one caller behind you, I would have raised it to 400 or maybe 500 since there were still so many players to act. Other than that you played it fine, there was nothing oyu could do about the fact that he had a set.

Played fine, too many hands you beat can make is play, and if he's on a draw you need to make him pay for it. I do agree with making it at least 400 to go after the limp.

As an aside bankroll, get your bankroll to $200+ and move up to 10 + 1 or play somewhere where the fee is .5 for your $5. I only say this as it is a pet hate of mine that party charge a 20% rake for $5 tourneys.
