two quick hands...

one...
no real reads, but one of the guys that folded turn was a 100 vpip. i want to know if this was overvaluing my TPTK while protecting the draw? no way i can protect the flop. but, on turn, i can make a huge statement on turn. do i call down, or was the 3bet a good thought/move? my thought: the only way to win this large pot is to thin the field the best way possible.

two...
villain is 30/6/2 and doesnt show down much. i b/f river because i figure he doesnt bluff/raise and i was going to c/c anyway. is this a spot where we can get away from good river odds, based on the read? or do we still have allow the math to override our read?

Hand 1: I'd be squirming if I had TPTK and there was a bet and raise in front of me on the turn with two other players behind me left to act. On a clear day I'd probably lean towards a fold since MP3 just called the flop donk when he presumably would have raised a hand like AK, but then he raised the turn when a blank fell. Smells like a monster.

Hand 2: On the turn it's starting to look pretty bad. The warning sign is the fact that Btn cold called two on the flop, then raised the turn. That's usually a draw (65) that just hit on the turn or a monster (set, 87, AA). I think we should check/fold the river unless we hit a set or the board pairs.

Hand 1: I'd probably raise the flop, because you hit your hand, might as well raise once. But I'd fold the turn.

Hand 2: I might consider folding the turn. It looks to me like it could save money in the long run.
