hi guys, got a few question about cashing out. How long does it take to cash out using debit card??

and in pokerstar website i found this

"We will automatically credit cashouts back to Switch, Maestro, Solo, VISA Debit Card and CFT Eligible VISA accounts up to the amount purchased, from the oldest deposit made with any of these methods to the newest"

what do they mean by "up to the amount purchased" ?? means i can only cash out my deposit??

Pacific operate like this;

Say you deposit $100 via switch. A month later, you depsit $50 via Mastercard. You then want to cash $200 out. You select the cashout via Mastercard. They will then, credit you $100 on your Switch (initial deposit) and $100 on your Mastercard ($50 + the remaining $50)

Hence the term "amount purchased"

That's how Pacific do it, whether Stars do this or not I don't know as I used Neteller for deposit and cashout on there. But what you have described sounds identical to Pacific.

In terms of a timescale, it takes about 5 days for Switch and credit cards. Again, that's Pacific.

Do yourself a favour and set up a Neteller account, (If you're European as I believe US players have difficulty with Neteller these days?) it really couldn't be simpler or quicker.

You must cash out the amount you deposited via the same deposit means, the excess amount (i.e your profit) can be cashed out using a different method
