So for the last few weeks I've been running REALLY well. Every time I sat down, I felt like I was going to dominate the table, I was able to pick people off really easily, was maximizing my gains, and minimizing my losses.
For the last 4-5 days, though, I've sorta hit a brick wall where I've basically broken even.
Aside from running PT and pin-pointing the mechanical differences, what are some things you guys do to "break a slump," per se? Do you just keep playing and weather the storm? Take a day or two off? Change the music in your playlist? Etc? |

its all about hands played, imo. time off wont change the cards...if that's all it is. you'll still continue your cooler when you come back.
however, if its tilt, a break would do you good. |

i usually switch to another game.
Even if its just variance, your game will be affected after a few beats, so taking that break from that specific game/format is not a bad idea. |
