The books are "Your Worst Poker Enemy" or "The Poker Mindset: Essential Attitudes for Poker Success"
I am looking for some Poker Books that explore maintaining positive attitide, not tilting, etc. but would like some feedback from other readers if these are good or not. |

| I started reading "The poker mindset" the other day. Most of what I've read so far is stuff that I already know, but is always good to be reminded of. |

i was actually in B & N today reading Your Worst Poker Enemy...
it was more of a psychology book than poker book. It was an alright book. It just provided a completely different perspective so that you start thinking about things like anger, arrogance, and tilt in a different light. If you wanna know more, let me know |
