when i first started playing poker my standard cbet was like 1/2-2/3 of the pot.
then the games got better and i bet 2/3
then the games got better and i bet 3/4
then the games got better and i bet 4/5
now im just saying fuck it and going all in for 13 times the pot if i have a pair or a draw. |

when you see people make small cbets, dont you bluff raise more? dont you bluff raise less when they make big cbets?
like if someone bets 1 into 25, thats good spot to bluff raise, and if someone bets 50 into 25 thats a bad spot. these are extreme examples but they show the psychological impact of bet sizing. so bet big when u dont want to get raised, and bet smallish when you dont mind (either you are bluffing or your hand is awesome)
sauce might be able to comment on this too... |
I really agree with this. I know in HU you have to c/r a lot of flops, and idk why (obviously psychological) but it takes more balls for me to raise a pot cbet than a 2/3rd or 3/4th one. |

I've been getting owned alot recently with AK after 3-betting vs regs. I've been c-betting most flops and getting raised pretty consistently. I started checking real low flops since I figured they're calling any PP, which is a big part of their range, but I'm also getting raised on boards up to Q-hi.
Since these hands aren't going to showdown, I can't tell if I'm just being easily exploited since AK and AQ are such a huge part of my 3-bet range, or if they are just hitting the flop a lot.
Should I be checking more flops after 3-betting? |

I have a nasty leak in my game and it goes something like this:
eff stacks 100BBs, position CO.
Hole cards:
UTG limps, folded to me I raise to 5xBB, Bu calls, UTG calls
Flop J high, or Q high,
I cbet say 10-12BBs, Bu calls, UTG folds and I c/f blank turn.
Do you have any tips to help me stop bleeding chips with these sorts of hands? |

How in the world do you 12tbl 6max?
Do you have any secrets you'd like to share? Do you use and scripts? Did you work your way up by adding an additional table at a time? |
