Both of these are vs. unknowns. Different opponents who had played probably 10 hands. In those 10, both were loose/passive (limp/calling so far) preflop and no notes on postflop.

1. I figure he can have spades/8x enough to make this profitable. I hope I'm not being results oriented.
Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

MP ($33.20)
Button ($16.58)
SB ($21.01)
BB ($24.44)
Hero (UTG) ($25)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K, K
Hero bets $0.85, 2 folds, SB calls $0.75, BB calls $0.60

Flop: ($2.55) 8, 2, 2 (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $2, SB raises to $5.25, 1 fold, Hero calls $3.25

Turn: ($13.05) Q (2 players)
SB bets $7, Hero raises to $18.90 (All-In)

2. Turn is worst card in the deck obv. so my turn size was clearly just to get Qx/9x to call. I have to call turn minbet but is folding river good?

good spots you've posted, neither seems trivial!

KK hand
check-raise flop -> lead turn is a pretty strong line from an unknown at 25nl. Especially on a paired board. Calling turn is basically saying that you're comfortable stacking off, if you're happy to stack off then you need to be doing it in the most profitable way possible. Raising turn may fold out hands that would c-c or lead the river.

99 hand
I think you can bet flop bigger. Hands that c-c $1.75 are not folding to $2.20. Turn is gross, obviously call the min-raise and try to fill up as played. River you're almost never ahead, but, dunno. Say he can have TJ/Q9s/22/AQ/Axhh and stove it I guess. Interesting.

I bet turn bigger. There's still plenty one pair + draw and 2 pair hands etc that are calling here and I like to make him make a bigger mistake with these hands. We can b/f like $4.50 I think. I'm folding this river always, his range is just hugely weighted towards flushes and straights when he takes this line.

fine although his turn bet-sizing scares me

2 is w/e, I'm sure I've bet this turn and checked it w/ about the same frequency, might matter what his turn check timing was. It's clear you're behind so the river is a pretty trivial fold.

Hand 1- I think reraising the flop makes more sense on a draw heavy board. As played, I am never folding here unless he is the ultimate nit. Shoving the turn seems to be standard. I think he has a worse pp enough or some 8x, qx, draw hand that might be donk off.

Hand 2- Common situation. His limp UTG screams pp, I'd punish his limp a bit more by raising to 1.25-1.50. Definitely bet more on the flop.. I pot this. I actually pot control this turn when a heart hits, then call a river bet that isn't crazy if I don't fill up. Hands that might call a turn bet likely won't call a river barrel anyways, so we either give our stack away when beat or win the same amount when we are ahead. Note: Against unknowns I tend to treat them like nits unless I learn otherwise. I am not advocating this passive set play all the time.

Outlaw - Hand 2: It's not just any heart, it's the 8h. The worst card in the deck. That's like the only card I'd check if I did. Any other heart I'm betting again for sure on the turn.
