I the check-call on the flop.
And the check-raise on the turn.
I probably lead for 75-100 on the river for a cheap showdown.
Were you just trying to get even cheaper and hoping he checked behind? |

I didnt like the jack and I wasnt sure how i was going to respond if he had puished over my raise
it doesnt look like hes playing a draw of any type on this board, but watever it was he was betting like a donk. |

| A set of tens? I don't like the check/call on the river. Hit him with a big raise, I seriously doubt he was chasing a straight on this hand. |

Why don't you like to play big pots with your big hands? I pot the flop. Pot the turn. I don't mind the check call on the river so much- he played his hand like he was drawing all the way.
Sometimes my trips don't get payed off, but a check raise gives away your strength, and slowplaying leads you to win smaller pots or lose big ones more often. |
