Ugh I'm slacking off with this thread thingy Good news I finally won the bet I had vs. Griffey even though I was 10k away from completing it. It's nice to have won it, but really sucks that Griffey ran so bad during it. Until today that is... after giving me my 620$ we settled on ( ), he proceeds to take $3.5k ONLY FROM ME during our sessions today. How sick is that? God what an ass...
Today I played 3.5k hands to end up +29$, sweeeeet. It even includes the $620 from Grif. Bleh. Anyways March is good and is gonna get even better soon! Here are some hands from today:
1) Against Griffey, what a luckbox!
http://www.pokerhand.org/?2267047
2) Oh hey, I found another one vs Griffey!? My line is kinda weird but not rly, I guess it looks super strong but b/c of the lack of draws on board till river I was thinking a c/r would look even stronger. By river I just wanted him to think im bluffing the str8, im not sure if he calls AQ, if he does its good.
http://www.pokerhand.org/?2267050
3) Hand of the day, 300+BB deep vs our very own Griffey yet again. This is a tough one, and it came after all those previous hands and numerous 3bet bluffing etc. I felt like although sets are definitly in his range here, us being this deep is a very good spot for him to bluff, since I can't call with much? Anyways I shipped it in thinking I had the best hand and it worked.. I'll crosspost this to the other forums w/out the results.
http://www.pokerhand.org/?2267066
4) This ones funny, both are major donks. Flop is not super great for my hand but with the pot and stacks I felt like felting would be my best play especially vs these idiots.
http://www.pokerhand.org/?2267070
Now that the bet is over and even though I was leading by about 30k I feel a lot more free and not as worried to have losing sessions. I'll play a lot more 5/10 and 10/20 if the tables are good and slowly move away from 2/5, my bread and butter for so long. Cheers! |

lol oooooh man those hands are brutal
2.5 months of a losing bet = ship Alexos $620
2.5 hours of running hot = ship $3.5k back
Good job again on the bet though, you play a lot more of a consistent/less swingy game than I do and you definitely own at it!
I feel like I sucked out on you on all those hands (which I did) but they seem pretty close to me.
Hand 1:
Board: 5s 2d 3d
Dead:
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 59.750% 59.07% 00.67% 25733 294.00 { TT-99, 66-55, 33-22, AdTd, Ad9d, Ad7d, Ad6d, 9d8d, 8d6d, 53s, 32s, 32o }
Hand 1: 40.250% 39.58% 00.67% 17239 294.00 { 4c4d }
Hand 2:
Is just a severe suckout, but I'm not putting any more money into that pot with my hand after your flop call
Hand 3:
This hand obviously sucks once you shove, but pot odds call now getting 2:1!
Board: Jh 6d 4h
Dead:
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 63.820% 63.82% 00.00% 13900 0.00 { JJ+, 66, 44, AcJc, KhQh }
Hand 1: 36.180% 36.18% 00.00% 7880 0.00 { AhQh } |

I have a new mini operation. Play 10k hands at 2/5 only and move up if my winrate is above 5ptbb while not playing more than 8 tables. If successful, rinse and repeat till 10/20. I just can't move up for some reason, although I probably have 70 BI for 10/20 I don't feel ready enough psychologically. This will force me to try it out, since I'll need to complete 10k hands at 10/20 before giving up on it!!!
I started yesterday and had some pretty good results.

Played a nice little session again. I can already smell 5/10 coming! Also managed to get set over setted and KK<AA this sesh. I also cheated at some point and was up to 12 tables instead of 8, and I was clearly playing worse so I'll stick to 8 in the future.

ffs how do you win showdowns on InterPoker?
I was sure the Rakeback deal was nullified by taking 10% off of your typical W$@SD :

| the went to showdown is skewed a bit because a lot of my hands are HU or 3-handed since I usually just start new tables rather than waitlist when I'm not grinding during primetime |

So I sit in today at 1/2 pounds table and see someone with the same name. WTF. Apparently different Crypto sites allow u to choose the same name, so u can play with another YOU as long as he's playing on another site. Weird. So I challenge this guy HU FOR SCREEN NAMES and eventually won it. Not sure if he'll be coming back.
Edit: PT messed up because of this and is giving me mad errors all over the place. I'm probably 1k short in hands but wtv, I reached my goal of 5ptbb so I'll move up to 5/10 tomorrow. I'll post the total stats later. Peace |

Guys stop making fun of my name it's not nice. Besides, you're all jealous, must be really balla to have people steal ur screen names.
Ok so i'm done with 2/5 for a bit now. Few hands missing cuz of the sn fiasco but wtv, here are the stats.
So I'm all pumped and jump into 5/10 and get totallly crushed lol. As usual a mix of bad play and disgusting coolers
Some are horrible, others are standard, please comment.

lol we have way too many huge hands together I'm concluding!
1) I think you should just check through with QJ.. you have soooome SD value. My read was that you'd never flat call this drawy flop fourway with a set or two pair, so your range was mostly weak in my mind. This is actually the top of the range I would have expected.. compared to missed draws etc
2) standard
3) What do you think he has here? If he'll call a midpair hand then shove is good I think. It's only like half pot either way
4) This river is pretty gross and he can def have JT/flush. Its only half pot though so I make crying call.. hopefully he has some worse two pair 89, 79s or something
5) I like how you played this. Might as well keep ppl in if they are drawing dead to a flush. Definitely a cooler hand, since nobody was putting me on AT here I'm pretty sure after preflop
Gross few sessions. Hopefully you make a nice comeback! GL GL |

I'll tell u this again Kmind, STACK HIM AT WILL. No more name stealing dammit!
Mini operation ended, -9 BI followed by +7 BI at 5/10.. There arn't enough tables to play 5/10 exclusively, so back to 2/5 through 10/20 mode..
+13k this month from poker, disappointing considering the # of hands I put in, but I've been running kinda bad, esp in deep pots.
Bleh I'm taking a break from operation thread, its going nowhere! |
