Intertops Poker. This is the poker place you are looking for. Many bankrolls have been started at this poker site by poker players looking to build their bankroll from nothing.

Starting with the most important thing first. Cashouts. I requested a cashout and the money was in my hand in 6 days. Being an American player who has cashed out on many sites since Black Friday this is almost unheard of. Most of my cashouts take 6 weeks from the most reputable poker sites. The only downside is the minimum withdrawal is $500 and there is a $50 charge for withdrawals, So I earned $550 to keep the withdrawal fee at no more than 10% of my winnings.

Freerolls. Twice a day there is a 250 person maximum player freeroll (registration opens 2 hrs before game start).
First prize is a $20 + $2 entry ticket to the Sunday $1K Freezeout. Second and third prize is a $10+ $1 entry ticket to the Friday $250 GTD Bounty tourney with a $5 bounty on each persons head. Fourth thru eighth place is a $1 + $0.10 Saturday Just One Dollar $250 GTD. Many times in a week I have won mutliple entries and turned those entries into cold hard cash. Intertops lets you accumulate your extra winning tickets because if you play these enough you will win extra tickets.

Ring games. I like Texas Hold Em as much as the next guy. I play ring games to play Omaha hi/lo. I can play at 2:00 in the morning and there is always a table with a game going and money to be made..

There isn’t a lot of action at Intertops after the small-stakes levels. While their games start as low as $.02/$.04 blinds, players just aren’t competing after the $.50/$1.00 level. The same can be said for their tournaments and SNGs, as there just aren’t many events running after the $10+$1 levels. This is both good and bad; there are plenty of fishy players populating the lower-stakes games, but without being able to play higher stakes, it can be tough to clear their 110% up to $1000 bonus.
