Play by Play - Bad Call

Note this hand is from Eric Sprague's PartyPoker play.
I am Player7 in this demo, note that I post an extra fifty cent big blind because it is my first hand sitting at the table. I have Big Chick which is a strong hand so I raise it to $2.00 preflop. I get one caller and the flop is to my liking giving me the top 2 pairs. I bet $2 partially because I have a strong hand and partially because there are 2 hearts on board. If my opponent is on a flush draw I don't want to give him any free cards. The player behind me raises $2. The pot now has over 10 bucks in it so I move all in (raising $16) because it is now big enough for me to just take it without further risk. I am assuming that my opponent does not have trips at this point. Fortunately my opponent calls all in (the rest of his $14) on a gut shot straight draw. It was not mathematically correct for him to call. Maybe he thought I was bluffing since I was new to the table. Whatever the reason, I'm glad he made the poor call and my cards held up. Making money is fun!
