PalaceofChance.com Software Interface/Usability
Palace of Chance uses Real Time Gaming RTG for their software. You will find a lot of popular online casinos today using the same platform for their games. All casinos that use RTG will look very similar and nearly identical, much like skins on a poker network. It is not against the rules to play at a different online casino even if it has the same software, so don't worry!
As with other RTG casinos, I was not disappointed. The overall interface and usability at Palace of Chance Casino was flawless. The lobby is broken down into 5 categories; Table Games, Slots, Video Poker, Specialty Games, and Progressive. Hovering over the category will bring up the games they have offered (over 90 total!). There is only a download version available, not a web based.
While playing a table game like blackjack, you can only place two bets at once. This can be slightly frustrating if you're use to 3-5 like some other casinos, but the speed of the cards can be raised very high. To do this press Menu - Player Options at the bottom of the window. Also one other thing to notice is by pressing the Rules button on the left side of the table it will display the rules for the game you are playing. It is always smart to check this out before applying any strategy.
If you are a slot player, one thing you may enjoy is the Autoplay fucntion under Menu - Player Options. Here you can select autoplay which does just what you think, plays for you! You can only use autoplay for slots, and not any table games, which is minorly disappointing. You can also set it up so that it will stop after x amount of spins, x amount of money is won or lost, or if you hit the jackpot.
They have a preview of all their game son their website. You can find this under "view games." It doesn't show the rules or payouts here, so be sure to check them out while playing. They don't show strategy or anything like some sites (which is to their advantage), so make sure you find a good blackjack guide for the game you are playing.
There is a history viewer at Palace of Chance which will show you the history of the bets you placed under Menu - History. Not as useful as you might think, doesn't show your action, just if you won or lost. Also I ran into some errors trying to use it. There were times where it wouldn't load and would instead give me a "runtime error" and a string of errors displayed.
Palace of Chance Games, Variety, & Blackjack
There are over 90 games offered at Palace of Chance. You will find 35+ slot machines, 15+ Video Pokers, 6 Blackjacks (Standard Blackjack, Perfect Pairs, Super21, MatchPlay21, FaceUp21, Pontoon), and other games such as Baccarat, Red Dog, 3 Card Poker, Roulette, Keno, Craps, and Let 'Em Ride. This is pretty much the basic selection you will find at most online casinos.
The blackjack selection was pretyt decent, with 6 different varietys. I usually prefer just normal with the standrad rules, but it was fun to try out some other games as well. Here are the rules and payouts of all BJ varietys offered:
Standard Blackjack: Blackjack pays 3:2, Insurance pays 2:1, Dealer hits soft 17, Double any 2 cards, Can Double after split, 1 card dealt on split Aces, No surrender. Perfect Pairs: Same as Standard Blackjack except includes a perfect pair side bet, which pays 25:1 for perfect pairs (Qh Qh for example), 12:1 for colored pairs (Qh Qd), and 6:1 for mixed pairs (Qh Qc). (I smell a sucker bet!) Super21: Blacjack pays 2:1, Insurance pays 2:1, Dealer hits soft 17, Player wins Blackjack tie, Can double any, Surrender any, Can surrender after double, Bonus hands pay more (Diamond Blackjack, 5-Card 21, 6-Card 21, any 6 Cards) MatchPlay21: There are no 10's in the deck, Blackjack pays 3:2, Insurance pays 2:1, Dealer hits soft 17, Double any 2 cards even after hit, Surrender any, 21 always wins for player, Bonus hands pay more (Match Play 21 40:1, 777, 678, etc) FaceUp21: Played with 8 decks, Blackjack pays 2:1, Dealers cards are face up, Dealer hits soft 17, Dealer wins ties except Blackjack, Can double after split, 1 Card on split Aces, Can only double on 9-11 Pontoon: Played with 2 decks, Pontoon pays 2:1, Dealer wins all ties, Dealer hits soft 17, Player must hit 14 or less, Can hit after double, Split up to two times.
There are over 15 different types of video poker offered, most with single, 3, 10, 50, or 100 lines at a time. There are Wild Card Games (like deuces wild, bonus deuces wild, etc), Bonus Games (Have special payouts), Jackpot Poker, and more. Check the paytable after selecting the specific video poker to see the differences between them.
Under Specialty Games in the lobby you will find Roulette, Craps, Sic Bo, European Poker, Keno, and Bingo. The only progressive game offered is Let 'Em Ride, where a side bet can earn you the progressive jackpot if you happen to make a Royal Flush.
Betting limits for table games are $5 - $250, and you can have them adjusted depending on your VIP level.

The minimum deposit at Palace of Chance is $10 and max is $500 per transaction (if you contact support they may be able to raise this for you).
Under Redeem Coupon you will see where to enter your specific bonus coupon code. There are many different promotions to chose from (see Bonuses and Promotions below). You can also view the current promotions in the lobby by clicking on the Promotions button.
There are limits to the amount you can withdraw:
We pay out a maximum of $2500 per week as long as a player keeps an active account defined as playing through 30% of his/her winnings per week. If a player does not keep an active account, management reserves the right to send a maximum of $1000 per week to the client.
Usually this does not count if you hit a jackpot or a large sum of money.
Payouts via wire transfer and overnight express check are sent out once per month. So this can vary on how long it will take to receive it, either 1 - 30 days. Cashouts paid using any other method will be issued in 1 - 3 days after the payout is approved unless extenuating circumstances beyond our control occurs. Because Palace of Chance Casino holds security and verification high, you may need to provide certain documents to verify your identity:
In order to ensure that payouts go to those who rightfully deserve them, you may be requested to present verification of your identity. Requests may include but are not limited to credit cards, check, driver's license, passport, or utility bill. If we require documentation, we will contact you with the request.
It may not be needed when cashing out, but may be smart to send them this info before even cashing out to speed up the process.
Palace of Chance Casino Bonus & Other Promotions
There are many different bonuses and promotions at Palace of Chance. The best one offered is the $50 FREE No Deposit Bonus! This means you do not have to make any deposit to receive $50 in your casino account. Just create an account, and under Redeem Coupon enter Palace50. This is a great opportunity for people who may not have the means or funds, but want to see what playing online is all about. Here are the details for this bonus:
a. Accepts US customers
b. Baccarat, Craps, Roulette, Pontoon 21 and War do not qualify towards wagering requirements of any our promotions unless otherwise stated. If you play one of these games first and then play eligible games only in order to complete the wagering requirements to cash out, this will be deemed abuse of the promotion.
c. You must enter the coupon code Palace50 in the cashier under "Redeem Coupon" to claim the free bonus.
d. In order to cashout, you have to playthrough 20X your bonus amount.
e. Maximum cashout is $100, and bonus is non-cashable (meaning you need $150 to cash out $100).
This bonus is sticky, which means you cannot cash out the bonus money (described in e above). One of the great things about this bonus is you are not required to make any deposit to win money! Most other bonus offers require a small deposit to earn your bonus, but not at Palace of Chance! Also, don't play any of the games listed above (under b) or your winnings will be void, this is to prevent people from putting it all on black and then grinding it out. One other amazing thing about this bonus is that blackjack counts as the SAME wager requirement as anything else, 20x! Great deal!
If you want to deposit real money, consider using coupon code NEVERENDING200. On top of a 200% bonus, players can also win a free matching chip equivalent to the amount they deposit. For example, if you deposit $100, you would receive a free $100 chip if you got unlucky and lost you initial deposit plus bonus of $300 ($100 deposit + 200% * $100 deposit).
There are other bonuses and reloads offered, so be sure to check the site under Promos to pick the one that is best for you!
While playing for real money at Palace of Chance, you will earn Comp Points. These can be converted into real money in the cashier at the rate of 1 Point = $1. The minimum amount needed is 10. The amount of Comps earned per bet varies based on the game and your VIP level. In order to raise your VIP level, Palace of Chance raises it based on how much you deposit. This is much different than other casinos. The levels are Jade ($2500 in deposits, 1 Comp per $800), Pearl ($5000 in deposits, 1 Comp per $700), Ruby ($10,000 in deposits, 1 Comp per $600), and Diamond ($20,000 in deposits, 1 Comp per $500). I find this VIP program to be pretty ridiculous because who is honestly going to deposit $20,000 at an online casino? Not someone who is a long term winner I would imagine.
PalaceofChance.com Customer and Technical Support
I never had a problem when dealing with support at Palace of Chance. I used their live chat feature, and sent them an e-mail with some questions on the games. I received fast and knowledgeable replies every time. I strongly urge using their live chat, because their e-mails can take 4-5 hours to reply. This isn't really that long of a wait time, but live chat can get your questions answers in a matter of minutes. They also offer phone support although I did not use it.
